Regional Sales Manager, West Coast Region Xactly

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our West Coast Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large territory, finding and closing new customers, managing accounts and generating revenue while achieving individual, team and organizational goals.
This individual will be a valuable contributor to the Xactly Sales Team while defining and executing a territory sales plan that will allow Xactly to achieve corporate objectives.
Finding and closing business in a large geographic territory
Creating and executing a territory sales plan
Demonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstration to meet prospect requirements
Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
Managing a fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment
5-10 years of quota carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor
Proven record of sales success throughout sales career
Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
Working knowledge of the ICM and/or CRM space a plus
Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively with multiple senior management and C-level contacts
Must be able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment
Strong computer skills, including salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Proactive territory management and prospecting
Excellent follow up skills and professionalism
High energy and a positive attitude
Experience selling SAAS solutions is a plus
