Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating and developing a specified territory by representing and selling the Host Analytics solution.
Sales Force Performance Management:
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting - Work with the sales team and leadership to manage pipeline/forecasting process. Partner with finance to represent Sales in the annual budget and planning process.
Commission Planning and Administration - Partner with finance to evolve, administer and analyze the sales force compensation plan(s).
Sales Force Effectiveness - Partner with finance to maintain, track, analyze and report on bookings and other sales team performance metrics.
Develop and manage relationships within our SMB market segment
Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Marketing to seed larger Enterprise organizations
Manage complex sales-cycles
Present the value of our Host Analytics enterprise suite to C-level executives
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
Demonstrate the Host Analytics product via the Web and in-person
Requirements:
5+ years field territory management, quota-carrying software sales experience
CPM Sales experience preferred
Demonstrable knowledge of key financial processes used in financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Must have experience with Customer Contracts, Revenue Recognition, Commission Plans and Program Management
Proficiency with various software packages including salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or business
Preferred Experience:
Successful customer wins within the CPM marketplace
Proven success in quota achievement and ability to handle sophisticated Office of Finance sales cycles
Ability to sell both into mid-market accounts as well as Global 2000 accounts
High energy self starter seeking an entrepreneurial environment where his or her contributions make a difference
Team player willing to leverage expertise of presales and services teams and work cooperatively with all departments
Disciplined selling approach and ability to act as the CEO of his or her territory- organizing seminars and symposiums with the assistance of headquarters staff
