PaySimple, voted one of the best places to work in Denver, is staffing up to support explosive growth in 2013 and beyond. We are looking for a high-performance sales professional to help drive the sales through our partner channel across an assigned geographic region.
Heres what youll do day-to-day:
Build a pipeline of partner field reps and client prospects in your region
Manage a high volume of in-person and outbound phone sales calls to your pipeline
Develop expertise in presenting the PaySimple value proposition
Consistently close sales at or above quotas
Build strong relationships with the sales management teams throughout your region
Provide creative input on potential new sales initiatives and programs
Act as local, hands-on driver of new initiatives and programs in your region
We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan. This position includes a base salary, commissions and bonuses as well as a laptop, and monthly expense reimbursement.
Competitive compensation consisting of base salary + commissions, with substantial upside earnings for top performers.
The PaySimple Solution is a cloud-based receivables management software that enables small businesses to bill, collect, and manage their customers payments under one user-friendly system. Experience and Skills:
A few must-haves:
Youve got "hustle" -- the passion, commitment, and work ethic to do what it takes to succeed.
2-4 years of experience in field or inside sales, preferably with a focus on small business
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
You know how to forecast and manage a pipeline.
Strong software skills (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
Commitment to perform the daily activities that drive success in transactional sales (prospecting, making calls, scheduling high-impact ride-alongs, keeping CRM systems updated, sending follow-ups, etc.)
Youre articulate and write very well.
You're exceptionally bright and extremely goal-oriented
Youve worked in a startup so you understand the urgency required.
You're enthusiastic, positive, and a lot of fun to work with!
