Regional Sales Representative nlyte Software

As a Regional Sales Representative your role will be to identify and bring in new business opportunities within assigned territories. Leveraging our channel partner program as well as our lead generation team, you will be responsible for developing solutions to address the client's business needs and deliver client value. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution and customer satisfaction. With a strong consultative sales approach, you are responsible for developing solutions to address the client's business needs, create solutions which are tailored to client?s business needs utilizing Nlyte?s suite of enterprise software in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
Proven track record in developing a multi state region and should be able to organize, develop and execute against a business plan for the territory.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that measures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new accounts.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Introduce Nlyte?s suite of enterprise software to key buyers/influencers and establish trusted relationships.
Manage complex sales process, from initial meeting through procurement and contract signing.
Effectively communicate Nlyte?s value add proposition through presentation, email, and verbal communications.
Proven record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing net new business opportunities.
Comfortable with complex sales processes and experience selling within competitive environments.
Track and report on all activities though the Salesforce.com.
Manage pipeline and provide reliable forecast.
In depth understanding of Nlyte?s core products.
Understanding of problems and solutions in scheduling, monitoring, and auditing in an enterprise environment.
Exceptional organization skills for Managing and closing a high volume of opportunities.
Knowledge to engage with senior level marketing and technology prospects with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up.
Key Attributes / Requirements:
Ability to work in a driven environment.
Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
A Bachelor?s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Computer Science.
Previous sales experience selling IT software solutions.
Knowledge of Data Centers desirable.
Flexibility to travel and present to prospective clients in person.
Teamwork and strong communication skills are a must.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
