Job SummaryA Regional solutions architect for the Ping Identity West Regional Team that will work with all accounts in a specific geographic territory to ensure our clients are successful with our technologies, support new account acquisition, and help expand the usage within existing accounts. The individual will have technical responsibilities as well as account management and expansion objectives. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical capabilities combined with account management skills.

Job Functions
Manage proof of concepts and technical discovery calls in territory
Manage and possibly assist with enablement services sold in the assigned territory.
Work with regional team to establish and implement strategies geared to customer success and expanding usage within named clients.
Provide documentation highlighting named account use cases both current and future.
Essential Qualifications
5 years experience with enterprise level software systems in a client facing role.
Experience with various types of web applications servers and operating systems.
Experience with technologies utilized in Enterprise environments such as Active Directory, LDAP and SQL Databases.
Knowledge of HTTP and related technologies
Experience with Java language and environments a must.
Knowledge of Federation and Identity Management is a plus.
Desired Qualifications
World class, interpersonal verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organization skills.
Owns responsibility and is proactive in solving issues.
Requires minimal mgmt attention?self managed
Ability to add value to clients in both technical and business related capacities.
