Regional Territory Manager, Southeast US Region Motion Computing
With the support of a consultative internal team of system consultants, inside sales support, sales engineers, etc., the Regional Territory Manager?s primary responsibility will be to drive revenue throughout his/her designated territory within targeted verticals and Fortune 500 companies.
The selected candidate will report to the Sr. Director of U.S. Sales.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Will assess the chosen markets to achieve optimum sales and service to the potential customers and obtain maximum sales penetration and development of executive level relationships.
Will collaborate with other team members to establish and implement the strategic vision for Motion to achieve planned growth.
Develop both annual and long-term objectives in respect to profit volume, market penetration and cost. Monitor performance against plan.
Implement sales and service policies to assure that customers receive full satisfaction.
Serve as principal liaison between Motion and his/her customers. Resolve problems as they arise.
Preferred Minimum Experience:
Minimum 8 years sales experience with record of quota attainment.
Minimum 8 years sales experience with a manufacturer of PCs and/or wireless/pen-based products.
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Experience calling on C-level executives within targeted markets.
Experience with large account selling.
Experience selling into Insurance, Medical/Healthcare, Field Sales, and Education verticals.
Start-up Company experience or strong desire to work for a start-up.
Experience managing a geographical territory.
Must currently live and work in the applicable region.
Capable of working in fast paced, multi-disciplined, ambiguous work environment.
