Regional Vice President, Client Executive Streamline Health Solutions
The RVP, Client Executive reports to the Area VP, Account Management and identifies and closes new client business in their assigned territory.
Identify and close new client business.
Develop pipeline of qualified prospects 3x quota.
Manage entire sales process from prospect definition to contract negotiations and signing.
In conjunction with sales team and the SVP, Sales develop Streamline Health sales strategies.
Perform product demonstrations as needed.
Become fluent in all Streamline Health?s market offerings.
Maintain industry and product knowledge including changing market conditions and competitive issues.
Bachelor?s Degree required.
Minimum 4+ years new business/client healthcare software and services sales to hospitals and IDNs.
Knowledge of hospital patient financial management workflows and processes.
Must have built a territory from scratch.
Documented quota achievement of $2M+.
Experience interacting with leaders (C-Suite) of healthcare organizations, consultants and industry related professionals
Experience must include sales of healthcare enterprise software and services at the C-level.
Experience selling and closing deals with sales cycles 6 months+.
Miller Heiman training preferred.
Fluency in the use of a CRM tool, salesforce.com preferred.
Existing relationships with hospital and industry executives and consultants.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to travel 60% or greater by airline and by automobile.
Must be able to carry/pull personal luggage for overnight stays.
Ability to sit for long periods of time in the air or driving automobiles to client sites.
