Registered Agent Specialist

Responsibilities:

Scanning documents into Registered Agent Database
Forwarding documents to customers
Contacting customers regarding documents received on their behalf
Contacting various Secretary of State?s regarding state rules/guidelines
Accepting Process of Service documents
Updating customer?s accounts via the Registered Agent Database
Payment acceptance

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Previous clerical experience preferred
Previous data entry experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
College degree preferred but not required
