Regulatory Analyst BATS Trading

Location: Lenexa, Kan.
? Conduct surveillance/analysis of securities traded on the BATS Exchange to detect possible violations of
BATS and SEC rules and policies.
? Collaborate with various BATS teams in the development of BATS Regulatory Program including the
automated surveillance system.
? Prepare reports and memorandum of potential violations for use in enforcement.
? Assist in responding to inquiries from the SEC and other regulatory bodies.
? Assist in drafting internal policies and procedures and in the preparation of Informational Memos to members.
? Equivalent of Bachelor?s degree.
? At least 2 years of experience in the securities and trading industry.
? Knowledge of equities and options markets.
? Strong analytical and research skills.
? Must be proficient in Excel and have working knowledge of programming.
? Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
? Must be strong team player.
