About the Position
The Relationship Manager and Training Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring success across two key company initiatives; our Relationship Management Program and Implementation Partner Program.
Relationship Management Program
The Relationship Manager (RM) works closely with regional accounts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Reval?s products and services. You will liaise with senior management and advocate on behalf of the client to bring about swift resolution to issues requiring escalation. Through ongoing communication and regular client site visits, you will strengthen the client relationship and reaffirm why Reval is a key strategic business partner.
Increase the number of client references
Help identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the Reval application
Act as a point of escalation for key accounts
Work closely with various sales and support teams globally to provide exceptional service to clients
Build relationships with strategic accounts to ensure their ongoing commitment to Reval
Leverage client relationships for the benefit of our Marketing team and their initiatives (case studies, client speaking engagements etc.)
Collaborate with Professional Services and Client Solutions teams to host client training
Assist Head of Relationship Management NA with select clients
Implementation Partner Program
Working closely with Reval?s Professional Services and Corporate Development departments, the candidate will be responsible to launch a new Certified Implementation Partner program. Once launched, the individual will be responsible for the ongoing administration of the program including, but not limited to: certification tracking, administration of training and certification exams, ownership of all course materials and further developing the Implementation Partner relationship. The individual will also work to certify Reval trainers (Reval employees) who will conduct the training sessions for Implementation Partners. Duties of this role will expand to include Reval?s Client Training Program. This program will begin in North America and expand to EMEA and APAC.
Launch Certified Implementation Partner Program
Manage and administer certification program ongoing
Liaise with RM and Client Solutions to formalize client training program
Develop metrics to track success of Certified Implementation Program and Client Training Program
Ensure program is scalable for future roll-out in other regions
Bachelors degree with a focus on business administration, finance or technology
4-6 years experience in a client facing role positioned between sales and technology/operations/IT
High level understanding of the Corporate Treasury business.
Working knowledge of derivatives and the financial markets
Ideal experience comes from prime brokerage services, financial technology sales or similar client facing role within a financial services organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent collaboration skills. Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Experience creating procedural and product documentation
Experience in a software firm a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines as required
Travel 35% - 40%
The Relationship Manager and Training Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Relationship Management for North America.
Technology Skills Requirements:
Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
