Who we?re looking for? Leaf is searching for a Relationship Manager to help assist our reseller channel. You will focus on working directly with the members to help them generate more sales and work with them to expand their program to additional sales representatives within the resellers organization.
The Relationship Manager maintains and fosters relationships with an assigned portfolio of strategic resellers. This individual must engage and motivate their client in order to meet assigned account objectives based on the overall company goals.
To achieve this goal this position will be responsible to:
- Activate new resellers using Leaf University training program
- Provide sales support for resellers and their merchants
- Establish productive relationships with key organization members.
- Act as a liaison for our resellers with Leafs internal departments
- Proactively works with resellers to asses needs and areas of improvement for the channel
- Report on reseller activity using our CRM
- Overall Travel percentage 10-15%, during peak times can be as high as 50%
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, technology, etc.) or significant equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of Account Management experience
Experience in working with technology solutions (software and/or hardware), such as mobile, PCs in a sales, or customer service role.
Technology savvy, a great understanding of SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with point of sale and loyalty programs
Strong planning skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with customers, partners, employees and co-workers.
Additional Desired Skills:
Experience in daily deals, POS, payment processing or advertising
Experience working with retail, restaurant and service merchants
