Partnership Growth and Development Team is responsible for optimizing edo?s value proposition among our Financial Institution clients. We work closely with edo?s sales, campaign operations, implementation and technology teams to ensure that our high quality content is delivered flawlessly to our clients. We also work closely with our finance team to provide our clients with reporting on key metrics.
Job Responsibilities: Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions and Rewards Providers
? Optimize client performance by maximizing both (1) the number of their customers enrolled on edo?s advertising platform, (2) and redemption activity among those that are enrolled
? Participate in key stages of campaign operations processes to ensure flawless delivery of content to client?s customers
? Serve as lead coordinator on client-initiated campaigns
? Coordinate themed offer campaigns for client and other new initiatives
? Ensure that client adopts key marketing strategies, techniques, channels (e.g. mobile) and product innovations
? Provide campaign reporting along with analysis to support future campaign optimization
? Schedule and lead quarterly business reviews with client, manage all follow ups
? Fulfill and traffic all clients requests and coordination resolution of all issues
? 2 - 3 years experience in Account Management, Digital, or Marketing Services.
? Advertising, Marketing, Daily Deal or related content experience preferred
? Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions
? Strong presentation and negotiation skills, solid judgment and strategic outlook
? Demonstrated successful performance in a client-service focused environment
? An impeccable attention to detail and follow-up, ability to multi-task
? The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and is flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; sees ?ambiguity? as an opportunity rather than a hurdle
