The Relationship Manager is responsible for working directly with client users and the associated vendor network in the day to day operation of the program. Acts as technical or team leader, responsible and accountable for long-term client success by engaging with cross-organizational teams to ensure correct proposal of services, on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, and ongoing client contact throughout the client engagement lifecycle.

? Assists clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the product in the client environment. Addresses and resolves client concerns by working across company departments as necessary. Acts as the single point of contact for all issues regarding billing, invoicing and reconciliation as the liaison between the client and the associated vendor network.
? Communicates with customers about new releases and product features on a regular basis.
? Works with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling within the client.
? Develops and maintains the long-term Client Engagement Plan used for business alignment and forecasting.
? Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in the staffing industry , human resources, or customer service industry
? Prior experience working as on OnSite/MSP Program Manager or with OnSite client services is highly preferred.
? Excellent knowledge of Peoplefluent products and services.
? Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good leadership skills.
? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
? Ability to effectively develop quality relationships with associate vendors, customers, employees, and managers
