THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Release Readiness Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization and software releases are ready for successful implementation and adoption. This role leads the development and execution of organizational readiness, change and communication plans for each software release.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages all projects and initiatives through the appropriate release readiness processes ensuring effective process controls, system testing, user acceptance testing, communication, training and post implementation support preparation is in place
Provides focus on stakeholder engagement, change facilitation and organizational effectiveness to ensure changes released are understood and adopted the organization.
Identifies and resolves issues and implements tactics to mitigate adoption risks
Reports on release readiness and adoption metrics and resolves issues where performance does not meet expectations.
Partners with and influences the senior leaders of the organization to effectively sponsor changes and promote adoption of new processes and systems
Manages the identification of change implications within projects and across businesses, determining specific actions to address change.
Tracks progress of a release, spend periodic updates, escalate issues, facilitate check point sessions and facilitate post-mortem meetings to ensure learning?s are implemented as part of the continuous improvement of delivery successes.
Ensures the development and execution of effective stakeholder management plans in effort to build sponsorship of change initiatives.
Measures and evaluates quality and effectiveness of deliverables, focused on continued improvement increase overall performance and adoption.
Builds collaborative relationships across and within the organization and effectively manages communication across cross- functional teams.
Embeds change management tools and techniques into the delivery management practices.

Must have a working knowledge of change management concepts and principles along with the ability to understand the effect change will have on organization.
Must have strong process knowledge of SDLC and release management practices.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
Must have the ability to plan and flex with the needs of the business and be comfortable raising awareness or concerns around any approaches the business might take.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor?s degree (or Higher).
10 years of experience implementing systems and/or process changes with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Project or Program management
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance
Must have ability to positively handle/manage stress, such as high work volume and frequent change
Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
