Description:Job Description
?Executes new or modified test protocols to ensure reliability and safety of photovoltaic products.
?Coordinates certification of photovoltaic products to industry reliability and safety standards.
?Coordinates sustaining engineering activities related to reliability lab operations, test equipment, and environmental chambers.
?Develops product reliability, weathering and lifetime estimation models.
Desired Requirements
?BS/MS in Physical Sciences or Engineering with more than 8 years of industry experience.desired
?Prior experience in solar industry required.
?Prior experience with certification of PV products desired.
?Prior experience with reliability test equipment and procedures desired.
?Ability to work in a cross functional team environment to develop collaborative solutions.
Required Experience:
Skills and Abilities
Strong written and oral communications. Ability to work in fast environment. Ability to work with all levels in the organization across organizational lines.
8+ years in the related field
Required Education:
B.S+ Desired in Engineering/ Phys Science
