Summary:Acquia is looking for service-oriented individuals with strong Drupal site-management skills to help deliver high-value, proactive security update services to enterprise clients world-wide. As a specialist on the Client Advisory team, you will work with our service automation tools to manage customer communications and you will work directly with enterprise customers to coordinate implementation of Drupal core and contributed module security updates. As part of the Client Advisory team, you will work alongside Drupal experts in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to deliver this premium service.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate customer notifications about security update availability and implementation progress
Schedule updates in coordination with client development and deployment procedures
Implement or assist with implementing Drupal core and contributed module security updates
Track customer communications and activities via the ticket management system
Assist with on-boarding new Remote Administration clients
Develop and maintain process documentation and delivery tools
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Detailed process management with an eye for quality and safe practices
Command line mastery of both SVN and Git
Basic linux administration knowledge; command line chops
Strong Drupal site management skills
Desired Skills:
Experience using Drush to manage and troubleshoot sites
Experience with generating and/or applying Drupal patches
Experience with preserving patches across upgrades
Moderate MySql management experience
PHP scripting skills
Light Drupal module development skills
