? Transportation: We?re sort of at the transport mecca: buses, ferries, and trains all lead here.
? Equipment: Mac? PC? Huge screen? Vertical screen? Let us know what you need to do your best work.
? Snacks: Our office has two kitchens, stocked with free bagels, fruit, granola treats, and sweets.
? Beverages: We?re fully stocked with free beverages.
? Fab Food Friday: Each Friday we order in a delicious lunch from one of our local cafes or restaurants. Gratis!
? Workspace: In addition to a sitting or standing desk, we have couches and a dedicated quiet work room.

? Our compensation is competitive?don?t let the startup moniker fool you?and includes health/dental/vision, 401k and stock options.
? Flexible work hours. We find that the best solutions are discovered in the some of the most unconventional situations.
And here?s an added bonus: Skytap is really more at the emerging company stage, so you?re side-stepping the risk associated with a true bootstrap startup. But we?ll never let go of the energy, inspiration, and dedication from our startup days?that culture is here to stay.
