Responsibilities:Monitor and affect store instocks, open orders, MABD Compliance, fill rates, replenishable inventory reserve, and the Supply Chain pipeline through the use of policy creation and script writing
Potential to manage replenishment across multiple departments and business entities (Walmart, Sam?s Club, Walmart.com, and Sam?s Club.com)
Forecasting as a component of Production Planning
Verbal and written communications with 3rd party fulfillment warehouse and Walmart Replenishment Managers
Feature/Tab order creation, tracking, and reporting
Inventory Management and product movement for seasonal/promotional displays and modular resets
Ad Hoc Sales & Replenishment analysis
Develop strong working relationships with business partners
Local market store visits and occasional product stocking
Analyze trends, determine root cause for service exceptions, and develop/implement a replenishment-based solution to drive sales
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
2-4 years of replenishment experience
Experience utilizing Walmart?s Retail Link
Bachelor?s degree
Deep understanding of RL and CPFR to align with external drivers to identify opportunities
Deep understanding of WM Two-Tier replenishment system and its relationship with CPFR in order to ensure correct ordering
Deep understanding of forecasting to support the business plan evaluation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: being able to effectively communicate in person, verbally, and in writing
Ability to manage expectations from and work relationship with both Internal and External customers/partners at the same time
Ability to work independently and self-prioritize work load in a rapid paced work environment
Experience in navigating cross-functional teams
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Advanced skills in Excel
Functional skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Access is a plus
