REPORT WRITER CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST MEDITECH
HighlightProvide support for our Health Care Information System; work closely with customers, including hospital information system staff, data analysts, consultants, and C-level staff; qualified candidates will be required to conduct a presentation for the hiring management team.
Description
As a member of our Client Services & Implementation group, your job would involve:
Troubleshooting and researching customer report problems as well as data mining to find information for customers
Writing programming code in MEDITECH's proprietary language
Training customers on the use of MEDITECH's internal reporting tool, as well as working with customers via phone and eMail to help resolve issues
Working on various group projects
Traveling 10-15% of the time

Requirements
Experience or exposure working with personal computers, troubleshooting, researching, and solving software related issues
Bachelors Degree preferred; Degrees in Economics, Math, and Music have traditionally excelled in the role
Prior customer service experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
