Overview:
The Accolade Analytics and Reporting Team identifies and implements solutions that optimize the impact that Accolade can have on for our clients and employers. As part of the Reporting Team, you will actively work with leads of the Accolade business to define and implement solutions that integrate data driven analytics into the daily and strategic operations of our teams. The Reporting and Analytics Analyst will have responsibility for the full lifecycle of the solution from development to operations - working collaboratively with the capability development team, training teams, and end users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leads to define and prioritize reporting and analytics capability requirements
Coordinate with the development teams, which will consist of Accolade employees and external partners, to deliver solutions
Ensure data quality and timely data delivery for operational solutions
Define roadmap for solution development in responsible business area
Qualifications:
BA/BS, MS or MBA degree in a quantitative field such as: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, , Applied Mathematics or related field
Strong technical analysis skills: SQL, QlikView, SSIS
3+ years experience working in healthcare data analysis or other applied analytic setting
The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Proven task management skills, along with the ability to organize, coordinate, and direct users and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization and with external clients
