DescriptionThe Reporting Generalist will be responsible for collecting the data for and populating client performance reports. They will be meeting the reporting needs through both custom and scalable reports, ensuring that the highest quality on all client deliverables and that all project deadlines are met.
The Reporting Generalist will need to be detail-oriented, be a team player and have the tactical skills required for generating recurring reports for multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
High partner and customer satisfaction
Collecting data from a variety of proprietary and external sources
Integrating data into pre-existing report templates and update reports and conduct Q/A
Delivering reports to Search Performance Analyst
Ensuring the highest quality on all deliverables and that all project deadlines are met
Maintaining relationship with internal and external data providers, and provide feedback on tool, data, and reporting improvements
Skills:
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel in particularly
Previous understanding of or the ability to learn 3rd-party analytics tools including but not limited to Omniture, Unica, Coremetrics, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
Previous understand or ability to learn multiple Covario Software Solutions
Ability to clearly communicate in writing and verbally
4-year college degree preferred
Entry level SEO or analytics position
