Job Description:
Reputation.com is currently looking for highly motivated Reputation Advisors (RA) whose primary role is to educate our installed base on updated features and benefits in order to up sell services and renew client subscriptions. The RA will communicate primarily by phone and email . The RA may also be asked to quickly qualify new client opportunities and pass them on to the appropriate sales channel.

Job Responsibilities:
The Reputation Advisors main charter will be to up sell services and renew subscriptions of current Reputation.com clients.

The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Thrive in a busy work environment with a high volume of tasks.
- Make minimum required outbound calls to current Reputation.com clients.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written correspondence skills.
- Problem solve with limited resources in a fast-paced start up environment.
- Explain in detail Reputation.coms updated products in order to up sell services and renew current clients subscription.
- In real time, accurately track and record customer communications in Salesforce.
- Qualify and disseminate new client leads to appropriate sales channels.
- Achieve and surpass assigned quota.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Respond and/or follow up immediately to all internal and external inquiries
Success in a highly automated telesales organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure
Experience in a start up company environment which fosters productivity, self sufficiency, integrity and trustworthiness
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Salesforce)
Past history of consistent quota attainment
Positive professional phone personality
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done and help out colleagues

The Reputation Advisor will report to the Senior Manager, Reputation Advisor. The Reputation Advisor will be expected to work scheduled shifts within Reputation.coms phone availability window (5 AM 8 PM PST).
