Job Description

The Research Analyst will assist senior staff members in a variety of research and analysis tasks including: collection and preparation of data from surveys and information systems, performing basic analysis and coding of survey instruments, conducting literature searches, contributing to written reports and proposals, and providing project support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor?s degree and 1-3 years experience conducting healthcare research and analytics (Master?s preferred)

- Experience with basic statistical methods and proficient in programming with a statistical software package (such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, etc.)

- Experience with large database analysis (Experience with observational data sets preferred)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong motivation to succeed
