Research Analyst CognoLink
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate consultations between industry specialists and clients in order to help them make the best investment decisions. Our Research team spends their day dealing with top level executives and sourcing the very best intelligence from a variety of industries?they have become experts in things they didn?t even know existed!
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the consultation process, managing projects from end to end
Present/sell our value proposition and recruit specialists to our network
Build relationships with specialists & clients
Structure projects and create contributions
Identify new sources of specialists
Review research processes and make suggestions for improvements
Requirements:
We look for people with the right attitude and the confidence to pick up the phone. You will need to communicate with experts at all levels from a wide range of industries and from countries around the world, for this reason you will need to have an excellent command of the English language and will also ideally be fluent in a second language. You will need to come from a strong educational background and be able to demonstrate an interest in business, a healthy curiosity for understanding the inner workings of industry and a passion for expanding and developing your knowledge base. In addition you will need:
The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
A focused, logical approach to project work
IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office
A diligent, proactive and well organised approach
The ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
A flexible, motivated attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile
