Applicants must meet the following requirements: Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in cell biology; Molecular Biology or Immunology based discipline
2 to 5 years related experience or 0 to 3 years experience with Master?s
Excellent mammalian cell tissue culture skills
Human and rodent immune cell purification and manipulation; FACS; cell based assays; experience in effector functional assays a plus
Candidate should be technically skilled, careful in experimental design and record keeping, and organized
Will be required to perform independently but within confines of team
Ability to make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results and summarize data in presentable manner
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Evaluating candidate therapeutic molecules in a range of cell-based functional assays; experience with cell line maintenance, cell isolation, FACS analyses and cytotoxicity assays is required
Experience working with T cells and T cell subsets is a plus
Data analysis and data presentation skills are expected
Candidate will be required to work in collaborative spirit with other members of the team and research groups
