Responsibilities
Must work to ensure that LDR Spine is in compliance with 'Regulations' (e.g., QSR), 'Standards' (e.g., ISO 13485) and the Quality Manual.
Provide support for Management as required. Specifically, work with the US R&D Managers.
Complete expense reports and reconcile against credit card statement for the R&D and CRQ departments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with established travel agency, for the R&D and CRQ departments. Assist in coordinating travel relative to conference, visiting programs, etc. for internal as well as external participants.
Responsible for maintenance/coordination and scheduling of R&D department meetings, as requested.
Take notes and make sure that we are hitting deadlines and objectives set with follow up until tasks are complete
Create and maintain project planning files and electronic files & records for the R&D department.
Organization and maintenance of files for the R&D department. Specifically, route and file DHF related files.
Perform administrative tasks such as spreadsheet, charts, presentations, letters or other correspondence utilizing MS Office tools
Typing, editing and distributing letters and fax for the R&D department.
Provided support to other company administrative and executive assistants as needed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and correspondence for the R&D department.
Maintain strict confidentiality for corporate and personal information.
Other duties as assigned by the US R&D Managers or the COO.
Requirements
2-4 years of prior Administrative Assistant experience
2 years of experience with design control filing
Knowledge and understanding of document control requirements
2 years working in a Research & Design Environment
Associate degree preferred
Strong writing, analytical, interpersonal, time-management and communications skills required
Must be organized, detail oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Must have the ability to fluently speak, read, write, and understand the English language
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Office, Word, Access
Maintain strict confidentiality for corporate and personal information.
Other duties as assigned by the US R&D Managers or the COO.
