RESORT MANAGER Petsuites
The Resort Manager (RM) will support and assist the General Resort Manager in the day-to-day operations of the boarding facility. He or she reports directly to the GRM. As an assistant to the GRM, the Resort Manager will be an integral part of supporting an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual cooperation. As does the GRM, the RM must lead by example by demonstrating dependability, initiative and dedication to providing a quality experience for our customers. Organization, attention to detail and follow-up is critical. He/she must be dedicated to continuous resort improvement. The RM must present an orderly, well- groomed appearance.The RM will have responsibility in the following areas: Pet and Customer Care, Personnel Management, Financial Management, Property and Inventory Management.
