Resource Planning Analyst Vertafore, Inc.

This position will work with Customer Support leadership to design and implement a resource planning program using a Workforce Management solution. This candidate will produce reports and provide data analysis in order to recommend process improvement for the Customer Support organization. This position will also provide holistic Resource Planning support, including long-term planning, forecasting, scheduling, and intraday monitoring.
Adddtiionally, this candidate will take ownership of business continuity planning and incident management, as well as, be relied upon to lead on specific projects related to process improvement.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have significant experience leveraging Workforce Management solutions to provide long-term forecasts and hiring plans, short-term forecasts and staffing requirements, and representative schedules (Nice IEX 4.x preferred).
You are advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and SQL skills.
You are experienced with contact routing platforms and voice networking solutions (Oracle COD and Verizon Business Customer Center preferred).
You possess detailed knowledge of Business Continuity Planning framework, standards, and BCP best practices.
You are committed to work a variety of work schedules to cover Monday ? Friday, 4:00am ? 7:00pm Pacific as well as provide on-call coverage as part of a rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
SWPP Workforce Management certification preferred.
