We are seeking a London-based Resourcing Manager who understands that our team members are more than just 'resources'.

This is a very hands-on role managing the scheduling of people across multiple projects and teams within a busy Social Business Consultancy. You will have excellent attention to detail, stellar inter-personal and communication skills and a unique ability to juggle and prioritize many concurrent tasks and requests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process that includes searching for niche talent right through to on-boarding.

You will have proven experience in the following areas:
-Understanding the requirements and challenges of scheduling a multi-disciplined
team
-Scheduling people for software and web development teams
-Managing the successful recruitment for permanent and contract roles
-Managing costs and reporting accurately and efficiently to the -Operations function

Previous experience in an Agency environment is desirable. We are looking to fill this role for an initial 3 month period, with a possibility of a permanent contract.
