Pandora is looking for a Client Services Coordinator who will be responsible for helping the sales support team manage the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Assist region-specific team on all aspects of Pandora sales support processes including but not limited to:
- Brainstorming with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic media plans and RFP recommendations
- Submitting, pulling and analyzing research requests using Nielsen @Plan, comScore, Arbitron and internal Pandora tools
- Compiling competitive examples and client screen shots for sales pitches, presentations and RFP responses
- Pulling accurate inventory forecasts using DFP Availability Forecast
- Filling out spec sheets and agency templates
- Inputting sales orders into Operative, MediaVisor, Atlas, iDesk, Vendor Portal and other sales order entry systems
- Working with Ad Operations and Sales Planning to review campaigns and create post-campaign reports for advertisers
Requirements:
- BA or BS from a top tier university
- 0-2 years' experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying or ad operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, driven, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Must be able to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions
- Previous customer service-oriented role a plus
- Existing knowledge of Salesforce, Operative and DFP is preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint is a plus
