Provide communication and collateral materials to support product rollouts to retail partners and to manage recurring program and promotional activities. Will provide customer outreach program marketing and promotion strategies. Identify ways to effectively package and promote specific outreach program strategies. Responsibilities include:
Partner with Sales to develop strategic retail and partner programs including but not limited to in store advertising, customer shows/events and reward/incentive programs; responsible for all sell through programs and channel marketing promotions for assigned product lines
Execute strategy for promoting and managing all products and marketing information pertaining to assigned product lines in retail locations.
Work with Marketing Manager to ensure proper messaging is communicated to press about retail and partner programs; collaborate on developing and deploying pitch ideas
Drive market research efforts including but not limited to consumer purchasing behavior and channel feedback.
Initiate and monitor consumer user groups in an effort to gain feedback from market about assigned product lines.
Manage pro-active and consistent communication pertaining to retails product lines with marketing counterparts in all affiliate offices.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Five to seven years experience of professional marketing experience required
Retail and consumer goods experience preferred
Requires a comprehensive understanding of marketing and business process
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills needed to present to internal and external audiences
Should be self-motivated, with ability to work well with changing priorities
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work as a team player
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work with minimal supervision
Proactive, self-starter that can maintain an upbeat positive attitude
Excellent written, oral & proofreading skills a must
Posses a strong work ethic and take pride in the quality of their work
