RETAIL SALES LEAD GENERATOR
Sunrun is looking for a motivated individual to join our rapidly-growing sales team as a retail sales consultant. The successful candidate will be excited about joining a thriving solar service company and will value a team culture that encourages innovation and professional growth. This is an ideal position if you are looking to break into sales and renewable energy.
As a retail sales consultant, you will join a high-performing, fast-paced retail sales team. Our team rewards performance and constantly strives for improvement. You will be working in retail stores to generate interest for Sunrun?s solar service. As such, you are responsible for explaining the benefits of solar and gaining customers? commitment to sign up for Sunrun?s solar power service.
Explain Sunrun?s solar power service to homeowners in retail stores
Determine the solar potential of homes using online aerial imagery
Schedule consultations in the store
Address customer concerns, gain their commitment, and guide them through the enrollment process
Achieve demanding monthly sales targets
High school diploma
College degree complete preferred / college degree in progress acceptable
Sets challenging goals and drives to successful completion
Ability to understand and explain a financial product
Demonstrated passion for customer service
High impact communication skills
Commitment to continuous self-improvement
Excels in a team setting, working effectively in a fast-changing environment
Interest in renewable energy preferred
