Retail Sales Position GAIN Capital

We are seeking Series 3 and 34 licensed candidates in our Retail Sales Department who are flexible self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset in order to provide assistance in account opening and operational support to the firm's rapidly growing customer base of professional and individual Forex Traders.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.
Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers.
Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, e-mail, and live interactive chat.
This is not a cold calling sales position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate or prior experience in customer service support/sales experience.
A valid Series 3 and 34 licensing is a requirement for position application.
Prior experience within a brokerage or financial services environment.
Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook a must.
Fluent in the languages of Russian, Spanish, and Arabic a plus!
