Retention Marketing Coordinator Webs
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Webs, the world?s largest website-building solution, is seeking a Retention Coordinator to assist the marketing team in driving revenue and customer engagement through multiple online channels. This individual will support the team members responsible for tasks critical to the continued growth of the email channel, virality and customer engagement and renewal. The Retention Coordinator will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. We are looking for an energetic individual who has a passion for marketing, is eager to learn and understands the importance of getting the details right.
Assist with scheduling interviews/calls/meetings
Assist with preparation of presentations
Assist with communications
Assist in structuring, coding and scheduling email campaigns
Facilitate the development of advertising creative for email campaigns
Aid in the development of landing page and email campaign split testing
Support creation of weekly and monthly reports
Coordinate with in-house teams and third party vendors for on-time delivery of assets
Maintain competitive research documentation
Assist in developing strategies for upsell and retention promotions
Assist in expansion of viral programs
Assist in generating social media posting topics and planning editorial calendar
Qualifications & Requirements
1 to 2 years marketing-specific experience with a minimum 1 year detailed experience in managing online marketing related tasks.
High degree of organization and self-motivation is required along with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
Capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks.
Desire to improve upon existing processes.
Results driven with exceptional attention to detail and need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting email, social media and viral campaign optimization.
Exemplary writing and grammar skills.
Experience creating online content e.g., web pages, articles, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
Strong interpersonal and verbal skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a team with short lead times and tight deadlines. Have worked in the past with Design, Customer Support, Development and/or Marketing teams.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using Photoshop and coding HTML emails using Dreamweaver.
High user of the Internet and someone who follows online trends.
