We?re seeking an energetic team player who is the right mix of customer advocate, product expert, and program advisor. You?ve got to love our software but love our clients even more!
Self-starters will soon possess thorough product knowledge and operate under minimal supervision. You must have a proven track record in learning new technology and empowering clients to do the same. This position is both people and product-oriented and owns the awesome responsibility of keeping our clients happy and securing their renewal.
Day-to-day responsibilities include the following:
Become intimately familiar with the details of your clients? programsExpertly answer client inquiries in a timely mannerProactively reach out to clients with information that adds value and strengthens the client relationshipEnergetically advocate for your clientsMine for upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to upgrade legacy clients to the current platformSecure client renewals
Hours are flexible, but employee must work 4 hours/day, Monday- FridayIndependent thinker, creative problem solver, quick learnerSolid technical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to listen and empathize with a client?s situationMust be an enthusiastic and positive individual who enjoys interactions with othersMust be extremely organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects at the same timeSelf-motivated, flexible, and adaptableMust be comfortable ?asking for the sale?Must be able to work in a team environment?focus on solutions, not problems
Education & Qualifications:
Candidate should be nearing completion of a Bachelor?s DegreeTechnical customer support or account management experience preferred
