THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Position Summary: Conduct administrative intake and outbound calls to request medical records for audit while providing quality customer service through interaction with providers, administrative staff and others.
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
Conducts administrative intake and outbound calls to request medical records for audit
Maintains written documentation according to HH?s documentation policy
Provides administrative support to the provider relation consultants as needed
Provides quality customer service through interaction with providers, administrative staff and others
Collects and enters confidential information ensuring the highest level of confidentiality in all areas; maintains written documentation according to HH?s documentation policy
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with providers, administrative staff and medical records department staff
Communicates professionally with customers to verify information and assist with all aspects of program and project participation
Follows processes to review and update tasks
Carries out other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement to better control data intake
Assists with the preservation and continuous development of an accurate database
Ensures the consistency of data used in reporting and analysis functions
Any additional responsibilities as required and assigned by management necessary to perform the role
Attention to detail is a must
Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must work effectively with a team and be able to interact with a variety of staff members throughout the organization; demonstrate initiative and creativity and work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects, some of which have competing priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with team as well as all levels of customer and senior management
Ability to recognize potential and actual problems and work with the team to develop solutions and implement an effective course of action
Must be computer literate and have experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office and the Internet
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to use standard office equipment for performing tasks, such as faxing, copying, and scanning
