POSITION: Revenue Analyst

LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA

SUMMARY: The Revenue Analyst is responsible for reviewing sales transactions and establishing the related revenue recognition consistent with internal policies and with U.S. GAAP. This position will work closely with various company departments to assist with structuring and reviewing contracts for presentation to the customer for signature.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing sales transactions and establishing the related revenue recognition
• Providing direction to sales teams in structuring revenue transactions
• Maintaining a contract revenue log
• Processing transactions within the financial systems
• Establishing, improving and enforcing internal policies and procedures
• Financial closing process
• Maintaining support for financial transactions and interacting with external auditors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• SOP 97-2 experience preferred

Required Skills:

• College graduate with the drive to succeed
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated and comfortable in a team environment

preferred skills:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Computer literacy
