REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!!
The Revenue Cycle Solutions Educator focuses on new client implementation, client growth and client retention through education.
The RCSE educates clients how to achieve maximum benefit from Passport solutions within their daily workflow.
Additionally, the RCSE participates in new client implementations, working closely with the Project Manager from project kick-off to go-live.
The RCSE will be responsible for facilitating user acceptance testing, a vital part of successful implementation requiring outstanding communication and documentation skills.
Duties:Product Education
?Facilitate effective product trainings for super users, end users and client management teams to ensure clients are achieving maximum benefit of Passport tools.
?Consult with client prior to training to review client expectations and goals of training, current client challenges, additional product offerings, available payers, upcoming upgrades and potential competitor threats.
?Conduct wrap-up session with key client contacts to review outcome of training sessions, recommendations for overcoming challenges, more efficient product utilization.
?Summarize trainings in a Training Record, including opportunities for adding additional products and outstanding client concerns.
?Strategize with internal teams to achieve maximum benefit from visits.
?Facilitate user acceptance testing, including documentation and triage of concerns and resolutions.
?Provide comprehensive product expertise for product upgrades and product testing.
?Work with product teams to validate new functionalities meets business needs.
Client Relationships
?Initiate and develop outstanding rapport with key client contacts, including C-level contacts.
?Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex client issues.
?Effectively communicate with internal Development and Technical Support staff to resolve issues; bridge the gap between user perspective and technical IT perspective.
?Assist in designing, writing and implementing test plans for efficiency and client ease during user acceptance testing.
?Learn, understand and identify client problems and core issues.
?Triage client issues occurring during user acceptance process.
Project Management
?Manage user acceptance testing process, including timely identification, triage and resolution of problems to ensure go-live date is not impacted.
?Review client set-up prior to user acceptance testing, including verification of user and payer mappings, admin permissions, etc.
?Verifies project documentation accurately reflects client specifications.
?Provides go-live support, assisting Project Manager as needed.
e-Learning Materials
?Utilizing instructional design software, create e-Learning materials for multiple teams, including Sales, Implementation, Training and Customer Support
?Closely monitor product enhancements and changes and update e-Learning materials as appropriate
?One-on-one peer product coaching as needed
Product Knowledge Testing
?Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and SMEs to create and maintain testing material
?Create, monitor and trend result reports to identify training deficits
?Proctor testing sessions
?Track employee participation and annual re-certifications
Travel to remote employee settings, all Passport offices and client sites may be required.
Participate in Special Projects and Other Duties as Requested
Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree, five years healthcare industry experience required and two years Passport product experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Excellent documentation and communication skills required.
◊Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
◊Experience with instructional design process and software preferred.
◊Ability to analyze and trend data and present in various formats.
◊Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.
◊Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and responsiveness.
◊Ability to work autonomously with maximum results.
◊Presentation and training experience a must.
◊Clinical background a plus.
