As Lead Revenue Manager, you?ll be working to maximize the yield of every offer impressions we deliver across all of our marketing channels. We?re looking for innovative and entrepreneurial leaders to help us take our massive amount of offer impression data and build inventory management and revenue optimizing yield models. Our ideal candidate should be competitive, analytical and driven to solve increasingly complex challenges.
Operationalize inventory management controls for all LivingSocial business lines
Assess performance of our key offer yield algorithms and recommend changes to drive revenue
Drive supply and demand matching in the most efficient and effective ways
Define, measure and disseminate metrics for impression yield management and report against them
Monitor both top line and bottom-line impact of programs to achieve growth, revenue and ROI goals
Work with business leaders to deliver insights to key questions, such as measurement, targeting needs, or reporting needs
Apply quantitative techniques and systems to drive yield optimization, increase operational efficiencies, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, to support decision making
Own communication and reporting of product revenue mix, yield trends to regional sales leadership
Forecast offer inventory availability, sell-through, employing statistical analysis and modeling when needed
Deliver analysis and recommendations on inventory allocation, pricing, and systems improvements to senior management team
Bachelor?s or Master?s (preferred) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related field
2-5 years work or practical experience including any of the following:
Ecommerce demand/supply side platforms
Ad network optimization/impression yield optimization
Interest and drive in building revenue maximizing algorithms for offer impressions in each campaign
Solid understanding of conversion funnels and testing
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards around email marketing

Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
Great leadership and communication skills. You must have previous experience navigating and being successful in a constantly changing organization
