Job Description
Under general supervision, prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and various analysis worksheets.
Conduct month-end closing process including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and budget to actual analysis.
Compile, consolidate, and analyze accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements and reports.
Assist with analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Maintenance of the fixed assets system, processes and reporting.
Ad Hoc projects as required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, linking, etc.) and Access skills.
Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Revenue Accounting experience preferred.
Required Experience
Bachelor''s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. CPA preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years related experience.
