Duties & Responsibilities
Do you have a solid, deep body of knowledge in the Physical Layer of RF, WiFi, Bluetooth or Cellular?

Application Engineers at LitePoint are experts in wireless systems and system architecture, particularly at the PHY or Physical Layer. We develop new ways of utilizing our test and measurement solutions helping customers to improve product quality, shorten development cycles, and optimize their production testing.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement new test methodologies and concepts working with internal groups
Develop demos as proof of concept and for sell-in purposes
Demo (as a technical expert) products and solutions internally and externally.
Write application notes and deliver training for internal teams and customers.
Partner with sales teams on customer presentations and be part of the over all sales effort.
Support the field organization in troubleshooting complex customer problems.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Qualifications/Experience and Skills Required:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. in wireless communication or signal processing.
Solid knowledge in the (PHY) physical layers of WiFi, Bluetooth (BT), or cellular technologies.
Experience working with network analyzers, RF test equipment, signal generators and analyzers, oscilloscope, etc.
ATE test development experience using languages such as; C++, Python, MatLab.
Software and device driver debugging skills.
Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbally and written, is a must. Ability to present at public events.
The position involves some domestic and international travel
