Position Profile
The RFP Associate Leader is part of the Partner Operations Management team. It is the key role to enabling the portion of business development that enters LRN through the RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Request for Information) process. This position requires strong, consistent collaboration with the various functional groups within LRN to reflect accurate data and to reflect the connection between the LRN Point-of-View and the Prospect?s need.
Essential Position Functions
?Develop and manage a public repository of responses to the most common questions across all RFP submissions; ensure quarterly updates to those responses by the various functional groups who own the insight
?Manage a public repository of all RFP submissions; ensure each submission is attached to the Salesforce.com account. Create indexing by key market segments, such as industry
?Write RFPs or work with account executive to submit RFPs in a timely manner (to be determined through assessment of # RFPs vs. position capacity)
?Ensure all RFPs are consistent in conveyance of the LRN Point-of-View
?Track progress against all RFPs; maintain knowledge of conversion statistics. Gather win/loss cause if provided by Prospect
Position is located in the New York office. Relocation costs are not covered.
Position Qualifications
?Project management capabilities to coordinate the multitude of inputs required from the various functional groups within LRN and to manage multiple RFPs in progress at any given time
?Organizational skills for keeping repositories current and well-structured
?Strong writing skills to relate the LRN Point-of-View in all RFP submissions
?Bachelor degree required
