POSITION SUMMARY:

Director, Global RFP Team

Specific Activities and Deliverables

As follows:

• Provide artwork, layout, and design of sales proposals and sales proposal documents, ensuring adherence to RFP requirements

• Format sales proposals and sales proposal templates (text and graphics) ensuring compliance with RFP standard and dictated requirements

• Manage sales proposal print production, packaging, and delivery

• Work alongside the RFP Editor in the professional creation of high impact graphics and sales proposal images key to producing winning proposals

• Meet frequently with marketing team to keep up-to-date with branding initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

As follows:

§ Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of five years work experience

§ Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Expertise

§ Desktop Publishing skills a plus

§ Strong business and technical graphic design background

§ Ability to perform in both a strategic and detailed manner

§ Ability to work under strict deadline pressure and handle multiple work assignments.

§ Understanding of business needs underlying initiatives and changes

§ Experience working in a high-paced, ever changing environment.

§ Change management and problem solving skills

§ Project and program management skills

§ Self-motivated, curious and creative
