The RFP/Proposal Manager will be responsible for coordinating and submitting responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Quotes, qualification and similar documents. You will be responsible for the RFP workflow, ensuring data accuracy and meeting applicable deadlines.
A successful RFP/Proposal Manager must have the ability to develop and prepare time sensitive and accurate responses to multiple RFPs using winning language that drives revenue growth.
Key Qualifications:
? Strong, clear and concise verbal and written selling language communication skills
? Very high attention to detail
? Ability to organize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
? Ability to organize tasks, determine priorities and meet established deadlines
? Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals at various organizational levels
? Proven ability to meet deadlines
? Act with a sense of urgency and a ?can do?/?will do? attitude related to delivering a best in class, quality RFP?s potential customers on a timely basis
? Ensure that the final product is of consistently high quality
? Contractual support duties, as needed
Preferred Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience
? 4+ years of experience responding to sales-related RFPs or equivalent
? Experience working within multiple departments with demonstrable results in RFP wins
? Strong proofreading and professional-looking layout skills
? Advanced computer skills
