Risk Management Analyst Plastic Jungle

Position Summary

As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for finding fraud and preventing financial loss. You will review and analyze various forms of payment fraud and account-related abuse on the site. You will also be responsible for giving feedback on fraud detection procedures and how they impact the financial success of Plastic Jungle.You are knowledgeable about technology and online commerce and are able to utilize your strong analytical skills to improve our processes and tools to effectively determine whether an order that is submitted exposes the company to fraudulent and abusive activities. You are detail-oriented, work well in fast-paced environments, and are able to make strong contributions to a growing global team.
Duties and Responsibilities(but not limited to):

Find and prevent fraud by reviewing accounts and transactions, identifying trends and patterns, summarizing key findings, and recommending anti-fraud processes and system enhancements.
Work with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Finance, and Product Management to enhance tools, system functionality, and fraud detection methods while increasing automation and providing a better user experience+

Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 1 year experience in Risk Management or Fraud Investigation
Billing/payment experience preferred, but not required
Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of projects in a cross-functional environment, while prioritizing effectively
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of credit card processing, e-commerce, and/or payment fraud prevention techniques a plus
