Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: 7:00 a.m. ? 3:30 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. ? 8:00 p.m. CST
The ideal candidate for this role will possess problem solving and interpersonal skills. Candidate will have a proven track record in order desk execution and processes. The candidate will at all times interact with front office broker and research staff and will be customer facing. The candidate must also have a high bias for action and have a strong sense of urgency to succeed in this fast paced environment. Detail oriented preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Document and implement a standardized process for on-boarding clients on RJO Pro.
Assist customers and clients with installation and training.
Document client and customer issues for future evaluations.
Maintain a detailed list of all accounts including their trading privileges and regulatory requirements.
Work with Director of Sales for RJO Futures to assist in training all junior and senior brokers on platforms.
Efficiently communicate status of client calls related to platform support to lead or account owner(s).
Run weekly and monthly platform reporting and distribute to managers in RJOF.
Back-up/Assist with trade desk operations.
Ad hoc assignments as necessary
5-7 years of experience required within similar industry. Brokerage experience is highly desired; futures experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills and strong oral communication.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be a process oriented individual with attention to detail.
Must have a strong understanding of the retail brokerage client needs and sales process.
Excel skills are a benefit.
Knowledge and past use of third party trading platforms a plus.
Self starter with high sense of urgency.
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
