Core DutiesUsing custom tools and monitors, improve INRIX?s closure output in real time:
o Validate, modify and approve individual incoming road closure reports from multiple input providers across North America and Europe
Ensure that the times, locations and reasons are accurate
o Using our flow data tools, investigate and re-open stale, invalid closures
o In selected markets, utilize innovative new sources to uncover missing road closures.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and desire to team with others.
Ability to work independently. Self motivated, with the desire to improve the product. Routinely sees projects through to completion.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
o Additional European language skills (in particular German, Dutch, French, Spanish) a plus but not required.
Enthusiasm for providing the most accurate traffic result possible.
Technical skills desired:
Web browser
Basic Excel skills
Shifts available:
4am-10am, Monday-Friday
5am-9am, Saturday-Sunday
Compensation:
$14/hour, free parking, free drinks and snacks
