The full-time room service attendant will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and exceptional service to our in-room dining guests. Responsibilities will include taking room service calls from guests, relaying needs to our culinary team, preparing room service trays and delivering all food and beverage requests and special amenity requests to rooms. This position will be walking and standing 95% of the time, carrying and lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling. Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to anticipate guest needs and work independently when needed. Must consistently demonstrate and project a professional guest oriented and friendly demeanor, and display excellent English language communication skills. | Location: | Tucson, AZ United States |
