Rotational Development Program - Analytics Track Datalogix

This 2 year-long training program allows you to gain exposure to 4 different analytics units by spending 6 months in each unit. You will receive valuable support, feedback and training throughout the year.
Working closely with the technology, operations and business groups; your job is to develop new analytical approaches that are scalable, while driving specific client performance, and ultimately shaping the future of offline and online marketing.
The position will blend trouble-shooting, model building and researching new analytical techniques. Datalogix operates in cross-functional teams, and the analytics department interacts with everyone in the business from client partners to operations staff and engineers to executives.
Target start date for this role is June 2014.
Work closely with Datalogix team leads to become one of the most knowledgeable analysts in the industry when it comes to measuring performance of Digital, Offline, and Multi-Channel campaigns.
Leverage Datalogix Analytics resources to develop best in class investigative reporting to identify and help resolve issues that compromise campaign performance.
Over time, take ownership for specific custom client analyses and lead cross functional teams to a solution that satisfies account management, addresses the business question(s), improves performance, and ultimately results in Datalogix market share growth.
Identify opportunities for improvement in internal systems and processes, investigate hypotheses, report findings, and drive necessary change/advancements to various internal groups (R&D, Account Management, etc.)
Structure projects and guide technical team members in the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reports to lead adoption of fact-based decision making in the organization.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in an applied business or quantitative field such as economics, operations research, engineering, statistics, mathematics or other discipline with a focus on problem solving or quantitative analysis.
Demonstrated Aptitude and experience with industry standard tools to execute and automate the more technical aspects of data analysis, including SQL, and Visual Basic for Applications. Demonstrated Aptitude and exposure to industry standard tools to complete statistical analysis, SAS, R (or equivalent).
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products (most notably, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a particularly well developed ability to display data and lead audiences to logical conclusions.
Track record of successfully owning, planning and implementing multi-faceted projects.
Highly motivated, self-starting nature; responds positively to moderate guidance yet is capable of and comfortable with independent critical thinking & problem solving.
Self-driven, critical and creative problem solving approach that seeks data to draw and support conclusions.
Avid learner who prefers to formulate a hypothesis before asking someone else for the answer.
