The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing & growing key RTB buying partner relationships. This critical role will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship. This role requires technical aptitude and a strong understanding of RTB operations, a strong ability to manage relationships, critical thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.
PLEASE NOTE RTB MEDIA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Manage entire post-sales onboarding processes related to RTB, which includes managing API integration process, establishing KPI?s per account, and acting as day-to-day account owner.
Troubleshooting and managing operational or technical escalations
Fulfill existing customer interaction plans (call schedule, QBR?s etc.)
Ensure that clients are being provided with excellent customer service as well as with intelligence into market dynamics and performance
Ensure that revenue and scale targets are consistently met
Manage the inventory and performance side of the relationship with publishers.
Analyze performance for publisher accounts and provide ongoing metrics and reviews
Monitor changes in inventory, analyze the effects and communicate to other supporting business.
Technical digital ad operations experience - RTB, Display Ad Networks, Mobile and/or Video
Trafficking and Campaign Management experience
Audience analytics background a plus
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Understand sales support and customer needs
Write, speak and present effectively, constructively and persuasively at all levels
Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
5+ years experience in online marketing/advertising operations
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute on multiple deliverables against deadlines a must
Solid time management and interpersonal skills a must
Comfortable working in fast-paced, professional technology environment
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience with fast paced projects in the Internet industry
Must have experience with display, mobile, social, video
